Memorable Day :)

I will never forget March 22, 2012. :)

Today was Toni's graduation from High School. In her words, she's "the last Constantino in Mont Michel," so this was really big. Our childhood comprised of days in Mont Michel, learning and having fun with our classmates. Even though Nino & I transferred schools after completing our elementary education in Mont Michel, we always had a connection to our alma mater. Toni graduating from Mont Michel meant saying goodbye to a place we were fond of. And, Ama's famous there. She'll be missed greatly in Mont Michel. Haha!

My little brother summed it up well, "Ate, we're getting old." I guess I'm not the only one who realized it. Seeing the kids, who used to be so tiny, looking so elegant and grown-up in their grad suits and dresses...it hit me again that I was getting older. I guess he realized the same thing too, having finished his 1st year in high school. We're growing up!

The cherry to the ice cream came after we finished eating dinner. One of my best friends, Kaka, called me up! Our conversation kind of went like this:
Kaka: Teds! Have you checked the LAE results?
Me: OMG no! I'm not home. it's out?? (heart pounding)
Kaka: go check!! go go go!
Me: I have no internet!!! :O asnkadjfnkjset
kaka: OMG TEDI. YOU PASSED.
Me: OMG OMG OMG~

It's kind of a blur from there. :)) I remember handing my phone over to Toni & I just started crying. In the restaurant. And we were seated near the door. HAHAHHAHA. I realized how embarrassing it was during the car ride on the way home. Nino & Toni were all "Ate calm down!" "think of Adam Levine." Lol. Kebs

It was a relief. I passed DLSU Law already, so I had somewhere to go in case I didn't get in UP/Ateneo. But this is huge. <3 It's UP! One of the best law schools in the country!

And when I saw my name on the list...Grabe. My heart just burst from happiness. Thank you Lord so muuuch! <3 Bait bait mo talaga. :) Lagi akong inaalagaan. :)

Thanks to everyone who believed/believes in me. :) Haha! Grabe, this is so humbling. I never expected to pass, you know? I was hoping, wishing and praying that I would! And the fact that I got in, ohwow. I didn't have the best grades in college, but this. OMG. Haha I can't find the words. I will do my best! :)

Lord God, salamat talaga ng bonggaaaaaaaaaaaa. <3

My goals

I will be a bit more descriptive here, than in my tumblr. I'll edit the tumblr post later; my bed is very persistent and keeps calling me to go sleep. :)

I realize that I have let myself get distracted from the goals I have set for myself during my 20th birthday last July. So, as a reminder to myself, I shall blog about it. :)

I realize that I keep saying that I want to grow, I want to develop myself further but I'm not really acting on it. And this disturbs me. Since I am a big fan of keeping promises and following through with promises, I shall follow through with these promises to myself, no matter how long it takes.

I only have one life to live. Why shouldn't I live it to its fullest?

I pledge. I promise. I will accomplish.
